Revitalise
Awaken yourself for the day ahead or calm your mind at the end of the day. A combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates movement; to align your mind and body, with deep breathing awareness. The final relaxation brings you to a peaceful place of reconnection with yourself.
Aqua fitness
This is definitely a spring or summertime choice. A very cool and effective approach to fitness, with great benefits using the water resistance to achieve a terrific workout. Get Wet and enjoy some Fun!
Cardio Circuit
This style of class is aimed at challenging you on a cardiovascular fitness level of running, jumping, high or low aerobic type of exercises, along with resistance training using bands, weights, body weight and fitballs. Moving through a variety of different exercises, we conclude the class with stretches.
Bush walk
We can take you on a Cape trail of many wide varieties or simply enjoy a walk on one of the most beautiful coastlines and forest trails.
Personal training
This is a great opportunity to take the plunge towards that fitness pledge that you’ve been talking about for years or to just keep up your existing exercise routine. Come one or more for a personalised workout that you’ll be grateful to have done.
